WHAT IS HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race thatcombines running with functional workout stations, designed to challenge both strength and endurance.
Open to all fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes.
Format of the race: participants run 8 kilometers, broken into eight 1-kilometer intervals. After each run, they complete a functional workout station, including exercises like rowing, sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, and more. It’s a true test of all-round fitness.

At Fianna, HYROX is built to both prepare you for race day or simply to help improve your all round fitness.
As an official HYROX-affiliated gym, we offer structured classes, in-house mock events, and expert coaching to help you wherever you are in your journey.
Our programming is smart and progressive, covering all stations and runs in detail so you can build strength, endurance, and confidence with every session.
Our weekly class structure:
Monday & Thursday – Strength and incline run focus
Tuesday & Friday – Erg work and running focus
Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday – Full mix/ team focus
Weekend classes are 60 minutes, while weekday classes run for 45 minutes.
Ideal for those of you aiming for your first race, chasing a personal best, or just want to become the fittest you have ever been.
All classes take place in our air-conditioned HYROX studio.
