Trips, spills, holidays, whatever it is, we are here to help but we got a few rules first!

You must give 7 days notice before you want your freeze period to take effect.

You can freeze your membership for 1 to 3 month, after which your membership will automatically commence. A monthly €5 euro will apply. You cannot pause again within ten weeks of this freeze.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ENTER THE CORRECT DATES. YOU WILL GET AN AUTOMATED EMAIL ONCE THE FREEZE HAS BEEN PROCESSED ON OUR END.

PLEASE NOTE - YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY CONTACT IF YOU ENTER DATES LESS THAN ONE MONTH.
