Freeze Form

We require 21 days' notice (before your next billing date) for ALL membership freeze requests. You MUST give 21 days notice before you want your freeze period to take effect.

You can freeze your membership for 1 to 3 month, after which your membership will automatically commence.

Fee: Memberships may be frozen for a fee of €5 for the first 30 days. Thereafter, an additional €5 >30 days and €10 >60 days.

Please note:

• If your request is submitted with less than 21 days' notice, it will not begin on your requested date. Instead, your freeze will automatically be adjusted to the earliest date permitted under our 21 day notice policy. No email will be sent to advise you of this change, so please ensure you submit your request with sufficient notice.

• The maximum freeze period is 90 days, even if you request a longer duration.

Also, please note that it’s not possible to go directly from a freeze to a cancellation in order to bypass the 21-day cancellation notice.

If you choose to freeze your membership and later decide to cancel, your next billing cycle will still be processed before the membership can be officially cancelled.
