Underground Parking Access

1. Enter Elmpark Green from Merrion Road.

2. Continue toward the two large glass buildings.

3. Take the first left into the underground car park.

4. At the gate, press the intercom and mention you’re attending the gym.

5. If space is available, access will be granted.

6. Follow the green GYM signs: first left, then second right.

7. Park in the green-marked spaces.

8. Enter through the white double doors marked Pedestrian Access to reach the elevator/stairs to ground level.

On Foot / From Ground Level

Walk straight toward the back of the estate, passing the office buildings on your left. Continue until you reach the small steps and the FIANNA & STRONG sign — this is the entrance.

Our state-of-the-art changing rooms are fully equipped with showers, TRESemmé shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion, as well as a variety of toiletries and essentials in the women’s area. Dyson hair dryers and straighteners are available for ladies, and Dyson hair dryers for men. Digital-code lockers are provided for secure storage, and a towel rental service is also available for your convenience.

You’re welcome to pair your massage with a revitalising spa visit or a workout before your appointment.

You can purchase class packs or a single day pass to access the gym-either for a class or for your own training session before your massage. (Please be sure to shower before attending your massage.) Passes can be purchased easily on our website or by downloading the Fianna App.

Your day pass also includes access to our spa area, located just behind the changing rooms. It’s the perfect space to unwind, relax, and recover before or after your session.
