  • Parking?

    Free underground parking is available for every membership except TIER 3.

    To access the parking, drive to the underground paking and follow the signs for the gym and park in the designated gym bays that are marked ‘GYM’. If you park anywhere else in the estate you may get clamped and we are not responsible for this.

  • Showers?

    We have a full suite of changing rooms.

  • Wheelchair friendly?

    You bet you! We have toilets and showers available.

  • Do I need to book in?

    Yes for classes.

    No for the gym.

  • Deals/discounts?

    Prices are set.

  • Free trial?

    Does the doctor give you a free trial?
