
What is Strength Only?
Our Full-Body Strength Only classes are designed to build pure, functional strength through a carefully structured 4-week training cycle. Each session focuses on mastering foundational barbell lifts using progressive, linear programming that promotes consistent growth.
To complement the main lifts, we incorporate accessory movements using kettlebells, dumbbells, and sandbags - targeting supporting muscle groups to improve balance, stability, and overall performance.
Every class finishes with a short but intense heavy-conditioning finisher to test your limits, build grit, and push your mental edge. This class is ideal for anyone looking to get stronger, move better, and build lasting strength with measurable results.
