CrossFit at Fianna is a blend of strength, skill, and conditioning that pushes you to become the fittest version of yourself. We combine the fundamentals of compound lifts, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and conditioning into sessions that challenge every part of your performance.
Our programming runs in structured cycles, designed to help you progress week by week. Whether you're building a stronger squat, improving your Olympic lifts, or developing your engine, each phase has a clear focus. So you’re not just training hard - you’re training smart.
Every session is fully coached. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, our team meets you where you’re at We scale, correct, and guide, making sure you’re moving well and getting better over time.

CrossFit Teens (Ages 16–19) 4:30pm every Monday and Wednesday.
Our CrossFit Teens programme is designed to build strength, confidence, and athletic ability in a safe, supportive, and high-energy environment.
Teens learn proper lifting technique, improve speed, endurance, coordination, and mobility, and develop healthy habits that carry over into sport, school, and everyday life. All sessions are fully coached, age-appropriate, and focused on long-term physical development - while still being fun and engaging. This programme helps teens build confidence, resilience, and a strong foundation for lifelong fitness.
CrossFit Level 2 (Skill Development) 6:30pm every thursday.
CrossFit Level 2 is a skill-focused class with Jack Eoin Rua O’Neill, for members who are further along in their CrossFit journey and want to refine and progress their technique.
These sessions focus on gymnastics and Olympic lifting, with dedicated time spent practising movements, improving efficiency, and building confidence under expert coaching. There are no high-intensity workouts or WODs — just structured, purposeful skill development in a focused environment. Ideal for athletes who want to level up their movement quality and performance.
Beginner CrossFit (INTRO) 11am everyday saturday.
Our Beginner CrossFit is designed specifically for those who are new to CrossFit. This structured programme runs once a week on Saturdays and teaches all the foundational movements and skills needed to confidently join our regular CrossFit classes. You’ll be coached closely, move at your own pace, and build both confidence and competence in a welcoming environment. Suitable for all ages, abilities, and backgrounds, this programme meets you where you’re at and supports you every step of the way - because everyone starts somewhere.
