Gift Card: How-to-Use

Congrats on being one of us now - we truly hope you have a “sweaty” blast :)

• Please download the App (Fianna Athletic Club and/or STRONG Pilates), create an account and enter your card details (only for no-shows and late cancellation fees, see T&Cs), then email hi@joinfianna.com once this is done to let us know the email you use to sign in AND when you would like the month to start (must be before 15th Feb 2025).

• I will email you back within 24 hours to let you know it is set up for you to come train and join classes for a full complementary month.

• Simply come to reception and they will prompt you to download the App, and we will set you up for a month, give you a tour of the facilities, and help you download the app and book classes. After you are all set up, you can enjoy the gym on that same visit!

• If you want to do a class on your first visit, please arrive at least 15 min before the class so we can ensure you are set up correctly on the system and get you ready to go before the class begins. You must book before class in the app :)

• This amazing gift gives you unlimited access to all the facilities for a full month! This includes all three floors, the recovery spa, co-working space, and mainly ALL our class types: CrossFit, Hybrid & STRONG Pilates - the fitness world really is your oyster thanks to this cute little capybara!

• Below are the instructions on how to find us & parking as we know it is always tricky the first time you visit.

  Please note that spaces in our underground car park are not guaranteed. Street parking is available nearby on Dornden Road and Trimleston Park, which are just a 5-10 minute walk away.

  If you are driving:

  1. Turn into Elm Park Green from Merrion Road.

  2. Take the first left into the underground car park.

  3. Press the button at the entry and state that you are visiting the gym.

  4. Follow the green signs to the designated gym parking spaces.

  Once parked:

  • Head upstairs through the double doors located near the gym spaces.

  • Upon reaching the ground floor, turn left and walk under the tall glass buildings.

  • Continue to the back of the estate, where you will find a gentle set of stairs.

  • At the top of the stairs, look to your right for the circular STRONG and FIANNA sign.

  If you are walking:

  • Walk straight to the back of the Elm Park Green estate, passing under the tall glass buildings.

  • At the end, you will find a set of stairs.

  • The FIANNA & STRONG sign will be on the glass building to your right.
