For over two decades, the pool beside the club in Elm Park, Dublin 14, has sat vacant. An unused space with huge potential at the heart of our community.
We want to change that.
Our proposal is simple: rent the facility, restore it properly and transform it into a thriving hub. A space that serves everyone from local families and children learning to swim, to competitive athletes and community groups.
This facility could provide:
Swimming lessons for children and adults
Lane swimming and structured training for athletes
Rehabilitation and recovery use
A safe, welcoming environment for all ages
Instead of allowing a valuable public asset to remain unused, we want to bring it back to life - professionally managed, community-focused, and built for long-term sustainability.
It’s time to use the space.
